Owner Alison and the Sea Salt team cook St. Lucian classics beside Greek salads, quinoa bowls and burgers built for two hands. Portions are generous, the pesto is house-made, and the creole sauce is the one guests come back for.
Sit inside in the cool, or out on the deck where the halyards clink and the water goes gold at six o'clock.
